Jennifer Hoffman is the Director of Workforce Development at the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA), where she leads initiatives designed to strengthen the assisted living workforce and expand career pathways across the industry. In this role, she works closely with assisted living providers, education partners, and workforce organizations to develop strategies that connect employers with emerging talent and increase awareness of careers in long-term care.

Jennifer leads several workforce initiatives at WALA, including implementing the WALA Career Center, a self-service platform designed to connect providers with job seekers and expand workforce access for members. She also develops partnerships with student and workforce organizations such as Wisconsin HOSA to introduce students to career opportunities in assisted living and long-term care. Additionally, Jennifer has developed workforce resources and content for WALA’s website and leads a workforce-focused blog that shares tools, strategies, and insights to support members in addressing industry workforce challenges. Through workforce events, outreach efforts, and strategic partnerships, she brings together providers, educators, and students to strengthen the healthcare talent pipeline.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience across education, recruiting, and healthcare, including leadership roles in campus relations and talent acquisition at Rogers Behavioral Health. She is passionate about creating pathways that connect students and job seekers to meaningful careers while helping providers address workforce challenges across the healthcare sector.
