Denise Brandt

Denise Brandt is the Director of Workforce Development at the California Assisted Living Association (CALA), where she leads initiatives focused on strengthening and expanding the senior living workforce pipeline. In her role, Denise builds strategic partnerships with educational institutions, workforce agencies, and member communities to connect students and job seekers to meaningful careers in assisted living. She is passionate about career exploration, inclusive pathways, and supporting providers through innovative workforce solutions that address today’s hiring challenges while preparing the next generation of senior living professionals.
