Kris Ward

Kris Ward serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Dial Senior Living / Waters Senior Living, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the senior living industry to that role. She currently oversees community strategy and leadership development across 40 properties in eight states and has developed practical strategies for helping teams turn conflict into collaboration. Her career began as an Activity Director at Dial's first community, where she discovered her passion for fostering vibrant a environment and lifestyles for seniors. Over the years, Kris has played a pivotal role in shaping Dial's signature programs, helping both residents and team members thrive at every level.

A coach and executive program director with the John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, Kris is dedicated to empowering others. She serves as a coach, speaker, and trainer, fostering intentional leadership and compassion throughout her organization. As founder and CEO of Glorious Days Leadership Strategies, she provides coaching in organizational leadership, communication, and dementia care.
