Claudine Trudeau

Claudine has over 30 years of experience as a human resources leader in various industries including software/technology, engineering, financial services, education and healthcare.

She has been with her current company, Vi Living, since 2017 as the AVP of Talent Acquisition.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment strategy, employment branding, TA systems, programs/process, selection tools and data/metrics.

Her goal is to ensure Vi is attracting the best possible talent, that their recruitment process and tools are efficient and easy to use and that their candidates have an exceptionally positive experience.

Claudine graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Education and currently lives in the Chicagoland area.
