Evan Rossi

Evan Rossi is the Corporate Director of Program Innovation & Engagement at The Bristal Assisted Living, supporting resident experience strategy across a multi-state portfolio. He began his career in senior living as an intern and has since worked across community operations, corporate leadership, and large-scale program development.
Evan and his team translate resident engagement strategy into consistent, high-quality day-to-day experiences, with a strong emphasis on intellectual connection and cognitive well-being. This work is supported by hospitality-driven operational training for programming teams.
His background also includes supporting Broadway national tours and serving as a union apprentice in New York City. These experiences shaped his approach to preparation, accountability, and performance in high-stakes environments. Evan is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, bringing an operations-focused, evidence-informed perspective to leadership and program design.
