Dr. Schekesia Meadough is a seasoned nurse executive and regulatory leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing clinical operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across senior living and healthcare settings. She currently serves as Vice President of Regulatory and Quality Services at Sinceri Senior Living, where she provides strategic oversight to ensure communities meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and resident-centered care across a multi-state portfolio.
Dr. Meadough has held executive leadership roles including Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Clinical Operations & Quality, and Senior Vice President of Health & Wellness, giving her a comprehensive perspective that bridges organizational strategy with frontline clinical practice. Earlier in her career, she served as a nurse regulatory surveyor with the Texas Department of Human Services (formerly Texas DADS), developing deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, survey processes, and compliance risk management.
In addition to her executive leadership role, Dr. Meadough is an adjunct nursing professor and doctoral mentor, and a Board and Committee Member with the American Assisted Living Nurses Association (AALNA).

Dr. Meadough is passionate about building sustainable systems that support caregivers, reduce regulatory risk, and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and families.
