Sarah Klebolt joined Arrow Senior Living Management in August 2021 after working over five years with Arrow as outside counsel. In her role as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, she is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. With a deep commitment to organizational integrity and operational excellence, Sarah leads the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, corporate policies, and internal procedures to ensure alignment with evolving legal standards and industry best practices.

As a key advisor within the C-Suite, Sarah plays an integral role in shaping executive decision-making, offering legal and strategic counsel on complex issues that impact the company’s growth and reputation. She also acts as a critical liaison between the company’s service areas and its most significant vendor and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, contractual alignment, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to corporate responsibilities, Sarah represents the organization in discussions with federal and state legislative bodies, advocating for policies that support both the company and the interests of the broader industry. She also serves as a trusted point of contact for clients on legal and compliance matters, reinforcing the company’s commitment to transparency and ethical operations.
