George Karakatsanis has spent over a decade doing what he loves — connecting people, building relationships, and helping senior living operators find technology that actually makes a difference. What started as a simple entry into the industry as a therapy recruiter grew into a career built around one core belief: the right technology, in the right hands, can transform the way we care for our seniors.
With over 20 years in the market and three industry-altering technologies brought to senior living under his belt, George brings a depth of experience that few can match. Today, George serves as Vice President of Sales at Amba, a Founding Advisor at AgeTech Connect Florida, and a Board Member of the Florida Senior Living Association. He's also currently pursuing an AI certificate at St. Petersburg College — because he firmly believes you have to keep learning to keep leading.

Alongside his career in senior living, George spent 20 years as an Auxiliary State Trooper and 3 years as a Fish & Wildlife Officer — a parallel life of service that deepened his commitment to community and looking out for those who need it most.
