Josh Allen is a Registered Nurse and the president of Allen Flores Consulting Group. He has over 30 years of experience in senior living, including executive leadership where he has overseen health services, staff development, recruiting, and regulatory compliance.

Josh consults on clinical best practices, risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care.

Josh is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. He also serves on the board of directors of the California Assisted Living Association.

Real Talk Roll Out: The Art, Governance, and Pitfalls of Launching Programs That Make Impact

Great ideas are everywhere, but successful implementation is less common. This Real Talk fireside chat-style session brings together leaders to talk honestly about what it takes to roll out wellness programs that make a meaningful impact. Using real-world examples of initiatives, panelists will go beyond describing the programs themselves and focus on the bigger challenge: how to move an idea from concept to adoption in a senior living organization.


Through practical stories and lessons learned, attendees will hear how leaders identified needs, gained buy-in, navigated gaps, engaged stakeholders, and worked through the pitfalls that can derail even the strongest ideas. This session is designed for organizations that ready to build a more thoughtful, sustainable approach.

Angie Fleenor, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is Chief Clinical Officer at Sinceri Senior Living, where she oversees the clinical, risk & quality, and resident experience departments. A nurse practitioner by training, she brings a clinician's lens to executive decision-making and is a vocal advocate for nursing leadership in senior living. Overseeing both clinical and resident experience functions, Angie works to break down departmental silos, connect clinical, wellness, and engagement data, and identify early signals of resident decline. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
