Matt Strange is a senior care executive and operator with more than 20 years of experience improving performance across senior living and skilled nursing organizations nationwide. His work has spanned over 500 communities in more than 40 states, helping operators strengthen staffing stability, financial performance, and care outcomes through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making.

As Chief Operating Officer of Procare HR, Matt partners with owners and operators to turn workforce complexity into operational advantage. He focuses on leveraging workforce analytics to reduce agency reliance, maximize staffing efficiency, improve retention, and drive more consistent day-to-day operations. His approach is practical and operator-tested, translating data into actions leaders can execute at the community level.

Previously, Matt has held executive roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer for multi-state senior living and skilled nursing platforms. Across these roles, he has led acquisitions, integrations, labor turnarounds, and margin improvement initiatives while overseeing operations, HR, recruitment, and sales functions.

Matt holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho.
