Adam Kaplan

Adam Kaplan is the Founder and CEO of Solera Senior Living, a company he launched in April 2016 to help reimagine aging through a more modern blend of hospitality, innovation, and wellness. Under his leadership, Solera has become known for its forward-thinking approach to senior living, combining best-in-class operations and thoughtful design with a deep commitment to culture and experience.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Adam focuses on strategic growth, operating model innovation, capital relationships, emerging technologies, and new care delivery models. He is especially passionate about building teams and cultures that challenge conventional thinking and create better outcomes for older adults and their families.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He serves on Argentum’s Executive Committee as Public Policy Chair, previously served on the Board of Directors of EmpowerMe Wellness, and is Co-Founder and Partner of Equitage Ventures, an AgeTech fund investing in technology and tech-enabled services for the senior care sector.

Adam credits much of his success to the love and support of his wife and family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, connecting with close friends, traveling, reading, skiing, golfing, yoga, and longevity.
