Manisha Thakuria

Dr. Jennifer Cao completed her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by an Internal Medicine internship at Carolinas Medical Center, and ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado. She then completed a fellowship in Uveitis and Ocular Immunology at the Massachusetts Eye and Surgery Institution (MERSI) with Dr. Stephen Foster, who is widely regarded as the “father” of modern uveitis care.
Dr. Cao is a board certified ophthalmologist and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She is one of the rare uveitis specialists whose practice is 100% comprised of uveitis and ocular inflammatory disease patients, and who also manages the full spectrum of immunomodulatory therapies for her patients.

Scott Elman, MD, FAAD is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology in the Dr. Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine who also serves as the Director of Inpatient Dermatology Services at the University of Miami Hospital. Dr. Elman received his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School in 2016, where he stayed to complete his combined residency in internal medicine and dermatology. His clinical and research interests include complex medical dermatology, rheumatologic dermatology and inpatient dermatology. He is an active member of the Medical Dermatology Society, the Rheumatologic Dermatology Society and the Society of Dermatology Hospitalists. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Elman enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Heather Goff is a Professor of Dermatololgy at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she directs a clinic in the treatment of cutaneous lymphomas. She is a course director for dermatology at UT Southwestern medical school and was a founding member of the Basic Dermatology Curriculum Workgroup at the American Academy of Dermatology. She utilizes her background in fine art to collaborate with local art museums in a medical school elective entitled the Art of Observation.

Dr. Heather Goff is a Professor of Dermatololgy at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she directs a clinic in the treatment of cutaneous lymphomas. Meghan Heberton, MD is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is boarded in both internal medicine and dermatology. In 2022 she moved to Dallas and UTSW to found and direct the Oncodermatology Program at Simmons Cancer Center. The program provides comprehensive dermatologic care to patients treated at the cancer center. She is an expert in cutaneous toxicities to cancer therapeutics, graft versus host disease, cancer associated dermatoses, and general dermatolgic care of the cancer patient. She also attends the UT Southwestern High Complexity Medical Dermatology Clinic. She is passionate about her field and the mentoring and education of trainees.
