Jane Yoo
MD, MPP, FAAD

Dr. Jane Yoo is a Korean American, dual board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and Mohs surgeon and clinical assistant professor of Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in NYC. She graduated with a BS in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University. After completing her dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she pursued her Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. She is the founder of the Clinical Research Center of New York and conducts clinical trials for numerous cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and energy-based device companies. As a spokesperson for the Skin Cancer Foundation, she is involved in advocating for skin cancer prevention and lobbying Congress to bring improved sunscreen filters to the US. As a Skin of Color Society board member, she is passionate about increasing diversity in clinical trials. Additionally, she serves on the scientific board of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and Women’s Dermatologic Society. She is an avid marathon runner and is an Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher.
