Elisa Boden, MD, AGAF, FCCF is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Section Head for the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Oregon Health & Science University. She advances patient care through innovative research and strategic program development. Her clinical and scholarly work centers on interconnected priorities: identifying biomarkers to enable personalized IBD management, integrating behavioral health into patient care, and championing health equity for underserved populations. She serves as the chair of the Patient Education Committee for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and the Women’s Leadership Council at the American Gastroenterological Association. When not advancing care, Dr. Boden enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest's trails, experimenting in the kitchen, and making music with her family.
