For the convenience of participants, a room block with a limited number of rooms has been reserved at the discounted group rate of $169 single/double occupancy, plus tax (currently at 16%) per night. This limited number of discounted rooms will be available until May 4, 2026. This discounted rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates. Reservations received after May 4, 2026, or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates. 

Reservation requests received after May 4, 2026, may not be guaranteed the group rate. 
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room and tax, refundable upon cancellation up to three days prior to arrival
