Adeeti J Chiplunker, MD MMS is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. She is also serves as the GI Fellowship Associate Program Director, IBD Fellowship Program Director and the Medical Director of Nutrition Services. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin where she continued her residency training in internal medicine. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship and general gastroenterology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis before completing an Advanced Fellowship in IBD at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

In addition to her expertise in IBD clinical care, Dr. Chiplunker has a particular interest in the care of IBD patients with short bowel syndrome. She received additional training in nutrition during her GI and IBD fellowships and is a member the Nestle Nutrition Institute Clinical Nutrition Fellowship for Physicians Class of 2025. She is active in the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and serves on the ASPEN Abstract Review and ASPEN Education & Professional Development Committees. She is also a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
