Rick McKenzie is a co-founder of Sandstone Care, a behavioral health organization serving teens and young adults that is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of mental health and substance use. Since Sandstone Care’s inception in August 2015, Rick has supported the organization in growing to a national presence with industry-leading outcomes.

Beyond his role at Sandstone Care, Rick has expanded his impact in the healthcare sector through his role as Managing Partner at Auxilium Partners. At Auxilium Partners, Rick leverages his extensive experience to advise and support organizations, taking a client-centered approach to drive strategic growth for healthcare organizations. Rick serves on several different boards in this role to foster environments that prioritize patient care and sustainable success.

Before embarking on a career in healthcare, Rick developed his strategic and analytical skills in the finance sector. He served as a Private Equity Associate at Grey Mountain Partners as well as an Analyst at Jefferies, developing a robust foundation in financial analysis and strategic investing.
