Daniela Vegas serves as Assistant Vice President of Life Enrichment and Memory Care at Trilogy Health Services, where she leads the strategy, standards, and operational direction for resident engagement and dementia care across 148 senior living communities. She partners closely with executive and operational leaders to elevate how organizations approach purpose, wellness, and quality of life for residents.

With over a decade of experience in senior living, Daniela has held progressive leadership roles including Activities Director, Memory Care Director, and Divisional Support. Her work focuses on translating vision into practical systems, developing scalable programs, training, and standards that empower teams and drive consistency across large organizations.

Daniela holds a degree in Recreation Therapy and maintains multiple certifications in dementia care and aging services. She is also the Chair of Unidos, Trilogy’s Hispanic Business Resource Group, where she champions cultural inclusion and connection across teams.

Originally from Argentina, Daniela brings a grounded, people-first leadership style shaped by resilience and a deep commitment to helping others live with purpose at every stage of life.
