Zach Downs

Zach Downs is a healthcare executive with a strong focus on senior care and healthcare innovation. He studied Healthcare Administration at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where he developed a foundation for leadership in the healthcare industry.

Since joining Edgewood Healthcare in 2014, Zach has served in several leadership roles, including Executive Director, Executive Director Specialist, and Vice President of Business Development. Through these positions, he has worked to enhance operational performance, expand services, and strengthen strategic growth within senior healthcare organizations. Zach is deeply committed to advancing the quality and accessibility of care for older adults. In addition to his work with Edgewood Healthcare, he serves as the Executive Director of the Senior Healthcare Innovation Consortium (SHIC), where he collaborates with industry leaders to drive innovation, share best practices, and shape the future of senior healthcare.
