Sara Ruhlmann, BSN, RN is a seasoned nursing leader with more than 35 years of experience in aging services, dedicated to advancing clinical excellence and resident-centered care. As Director of Nursing at Oaknoll Retirement Residence in Iowa City, IA, she provides strategic leadership in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and team development, and has guided the organization through four deficiency-free surveys.
