Stephen Bungay has dedicated more than 18 years to the senior living sector, building a career rooted in compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping older adults thrive. He began his journey in recreation, where he discovered the powerful impact of meaningful engagement on the lives of seniors. Guided by a passion for service and connection, Stephen transitioned into sales leadership, where his natural ability to build relationships and inspire trust allowed him to excel. Today, as Senior Director of Sales, he leads with vision, integrity, and a focus on empowering his teams to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and their families.

Stephen believes senior living is more than housing. It’s about supporting individuals in living out their legacy with dignity, joy, and purpose. He values the wisdom and life lessons that elders share, seeing them as treasures that strengthen families, communities, and future generations. His work is fueled by a genuine desire to ensure every senior has the opportunity to feel valued and connected.

Originally from Newfoundland, Canada, Stephen now resides in Georgetown, Ontario, with his wife Jennifer, their daughter Journey, and their golden retriever, Skipper. Outside of work, he enjoys family adventures, connecting with his community, and embracing the warmth and humor that reflect his East Coast roots.
