Melissa Evraets

Melissa leads Vi’s corporate Resident Care division, overseeing company-wide strategies, policies, and processes that ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all communities. She is responsible for all aspects of nursing and wellness services for both Independent Living and Care Center residents.
With 25 years of hands-on and leadership experience in hospitals and senior living, Melissa provides strategic guidance and consultation to Care Center Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Wellness Directors, and other clinical leaders. She began her healthcare career as a dishwasher and CNA, experiences that ground her approach in compassion and practicality.
Melissa is a Registered Nurse and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.
