Mandy Hampton

Mandy started her senior living career in 2005 as a Business Office Director and has held numerous operational positions in communities and in the management of communities. She managed 30 of the 58 communities in the ISL, LLC portfolio with total revenue of $136 million. She supported two Regional Vice Presidents of Operations in multiple states including, California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Tennessee, Texas, Alabama and Missouri. The communities she managed won awards for occupancy, net operating income, customer service, and Executive Director of the year. Her titles have included Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Divisional Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operation Officer. Today, she oversees the three communities of The Ridge Senior Living as Chief Executive Officer.

A recognized innovator and leader, she has served on committees that created programming for new hire orientation, community activities, and memory care, and she has assisted with the launch of several software platforms. Her experience includes the many phases of community development, having overseen more than 20 community rehabilitations and ground-up construction projects. In her current role, she is determined to provide seniors with a place to truly thrive. No doubt that’s why she actively advocates for exceptional design, purposeful programming, and the innovative integration of new technology. Raised in Montana, Mandy is the author of “Senior Living Secrets Revealed,” “Mom’s Journey Through Senior Living,” and the host of “As the Walker Turns: A Podcast for the Ages.”
