Quintin King has been a driving force in the senior housing industry since 1996, bringing deep expertise in accounting, finance, and operations. He began his career with Holiday Retirement, one of North America’s largest privately held senior housing companies at the time, where he played a pivotal role in re-implementing back-office accounting systems and processes through Y2K.
In 2000, Quintin joined Arthur Andersen, one of the Big Six public accounting firms, serving in its business consulting practice. There, he managed large and complex projects focused on strategic planning, system implementations, and process reengineering—further sharpening his ability to deliver operational excellence and transformative solutions.
Over the past 15 years, Quintin has successfully partnered to created and developed two senior living companies, guiding them from concept to thriving operations. His leadership has encompassed every facet of growth, including strategic vision, capital structuring, operational design, and team development. These ventures have not only expanded access to quality senior housing but also set new benchmarks for service and innovation in the industry.
