Dina Kelly is a senior living executive and co-founder of Entyre Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, and operations in senior living and post-acute care. Her career spans national leadership roles at Sunrise Senior Living, Senior Lifestyle, StoneMor, and Anthology, where she led enterprise growth initiatives, multi-market expansion, and operational transformation.
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large national operator, Dina guided teams to a 17 percent increase in revenue and more than 30 percent growth in lead volume by aligning sales execution with operational capacity and workforce realities. She is known for her ability to translate strategy into practical action, strengthen leadership accountability, and build systems that support both performance and culture.
Today, Dina co-leads Entyre Solutions alongside Brianne Zitko, advising owners, operators, and investors on how to better align sales, marketing, and operations to drive sustainable results. Entyre’s work is grounded in firsthand operator experience and focused on responsible growth that improves outcomes for residents, families, and care teams.
Recently, Dina was named a McKnight’s Pinnacle Award Honoree, one of the senior living industry’s most respected recognitions, honoring leaders with sustained impact and more than two decades of service.
Dina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, is a licensed nursing home administrator, and maintains her SHRM-CP certification.
