At Sonida Senior Living, she was promoted from Executive Director to Regional Director of Operations, managing up to 25 communities and consistently achieving top rankings in occupancy, revenue, and NOI performance. She is recognized for her ability to mentor high-performing leaders, implement process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across diverse care environments.
Her career achievements include boosting occupancy from 60% to 98% in a flagship community, earning the #1 NOI ranking among 127 locations, securing multi-million-dollar contracts in hospital markets, and reducing employee injuries by up to 95% through innovative safety programs.
A Certified Assisted Living Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Romie brings a resident-centered approach to leadership, ensuring both operational success and exceptional quality of care.
