Dusanka has over 25 years of experience in computer science and automation in various corporate, government, educational, and nonprofit environments in Macedonia and the USA. Dusanka’s tenure with the Ingleside family includes four years leading IT for Ingleside at King Farm at Rockville before accepting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) position for Ingleside in 2012.

Recently promoted to Chief Information and Digital Office, Dusanka is dedicated to driving data-informed, sustainable growth and advancing innovative technologies that not only strengthen operational excellence but also become an integral part of the organization’s long-term business and life strategies. She coordinates efforts across the Ingleside family of brands to assess performance and manage business intelligence systems, with a focus on helping each organization adapt to innovation and develop and implement forward-looking business strategies.

Dusanka has a dipl. Ing. degree in Information Technology and Automation from the School of Electrical Engineering at the Sts. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. She is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) and Certified Digital Health Leader - Executive (CDH-E).
