Kristy Yoskey

Kristy Yoskey is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in the post-acute care industry. She currently serves as the Vice President and Market Leader for Senior Living at PointClickCare, a company dedicated to transforming the healthcare community through a connected care network.

Kristy’s journey in healthcare began with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University. She holds certifications from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and is licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Before her role at PointClickCare, Kristy held several leadership positions at HealthPRO Heritage, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategies and Consulting. In these roles, she focused on optimizing operational efficiency, developing clinical programs, and ensuring compliance integrity. Her work emphasized proactive communication and collaboration to facilitate safe care transitions and improved outcomes.

Kristy is known for her dynamic approach to value based care, advising providers within the post-acute care sector. She advocates for embracing change and challenging the status quo, believing that success comes from evolving and adapting. Her personal mantra, inspired by Marshall Goldsmith, is: “What got us here won’t get us there.”
