Isaac Scott is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem Memory Care, a company dedicated to providing high-quality care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia. With over two decades of experience in business strategy, real estate development, and senior housing, Isaac has built a reputation for identifying market needs and developing innovative solutions to meet them.

Since founding Anthem Memory Care in 2007, Isaac has led the company’s expansion to 21 standalone memory care communities across eight states. Under his leadership, Anthem has successfully developed 12 purpose-built memory care communities, securing strategic financing partnerships, including a key relationship with LTC REIT, a publicly traded investment firm, and obtaining HUD-backed financing for Anthem’s first property in Chico, California.
In addition to Anthem, Isaac is the Founder and Principal of Flatiron Development Group, a firm specializing in senior housing development and real estate repositioning. His expertise in market research, financial planning, and strategic partnerships has supported leading operators and financial institutions in identifying high-demand locations and optimizing real estate portfolios.

Isaac holds a Master’s Business Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon. His leadership and strategic vision continue to shape the future of senior housing and memory care across the country.
