As a third-generation senior living or senior housing industry member in an owner/operator position, Greg Roderick has dedicated his professional life to the senior housing and healthcare industry since 1989. Before launching Frontier Senior Living he held executive positions in finance, management and marketing at some of the largest companies in the industry.

Roderick is an alumnus of the University of Oregon, a Texas Assisted Living Association Board Member and Immediate Past Chair, Florida Senior Living Association Vice Chair and Executive Board Member, member of the National Investment Center and an Executive Board Member of the American Senior Housing Association, as well as a recognized Champion of the Women in Leadership through Argentum. Past Chair posts include the Alzheimer’s Association (Oregon & Washington), and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Oregon).

His business interests are vast and has helped launch many women-lead businesses. Finally, as a single father and having raised 2 children, Mr. Roderick took an active role as a coach and volunteer for youth sports for more than 5 years.
