Derek Harris is the Managing Director of Wellness Integration at Arrow Senior Living Management. He optimizes wellness services using data and technology, and plays a key role in managing major initiatives including Joint Commission Accreditation.

Harris began his healthcare career as a housekeeper while earning his Licensed Practical Nursing diploma. He started at Arrow as a night nurse before advancing to management roles. He holds degrees as a Registered Nurse, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the top nurses in St. Louis by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
