I am a passionate advocate for the use of technology to improve outcomes through enablement of true person-centered care delivery, reduction of clinical and family/caregiver stress during health crises, and an increase in provider efficiency and quality of care across every sector of the healthcare industry.

I am able to apply more than 25 years in Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) leadership, I am a Certified Advance Care Plan Facilitator, am a co-chair of the HL7 Patient Empowerment Work Group, and am currently leading the standards development efforts to make advance healthcare directive documents interoperable and accessible across care settings through the HL7 PACIO Advance Directive Interoperability w/FHIR Project.
