Joell Siciliano

Joell Siciliano is a Vice President of Talent Management with Sunrise Senior Living. She has been with Sunrise for over 20 years. Beyond senior living Joell has worked within HR in financial services and real estate development. She’s a proud “boomerang”, a term that Sunrise uses to describe when team members rejoin the organization.

One of the many reasons Joell has remained engaged at Sunrise for all of these years, beyond the strong connection to the mission and love for the Sunrise culture, is that Sunrise has supported her career growth. Joell holds her Masters in Human Resources Management and also earned a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development. She has specialized in coaching and developing others therefore it’s a perfect fit with Sunrise given their commitment to growing their talent.

She currently resides in Ponte Vedra, Florida with her family. Joell enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers. Their middle and high school activities are all consuming in this chapter and she’s soaking in every ounce of it!
