Denise Falco is a Senior Vice President of Operations with Sunrise Senior Living. She has been with Sunrise for over 17 years. She started as an Executive Director in New Jersey, was promoted over the years to Director of Operations, and Vice Presidents of Operations and Sales before assuming her current role overseeing Field Operations.

Over the years, her portfolio has included Canada (Toronto and Quebec), New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the independent full-service/Monogram portfolio, including skilled nursing.

Denise has dedicated the majority of her career to senior living and exudes passion for advancing our mission, delivering quality care to seniors and helping our teams feel fulfilled and grow their careers at Sunrise.

Denise resides in NJ and enjoys spending her time with her daughter, who now resides in Colorado post-college, and her son who attends UConn. She enjoys weekends at the beach, watching tennis and rooting for UConn basketball.
