Amy Elliott is a passionate and experienced marketing professional with 9 years of experience in the senior living industry. As the Director of Community Marketing at LCS®, she is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive occupancy across 120+ senior living communities and to help seniors live better lives through the process.
Amy has excelled in driving significant increases in lead volume during her tenure, particularly through the strategic optimization of digital marketing tactics and increased use of various marketing technologies across the organization. Her experience encompasses leveraging data-driven insights to optimize online sales funnels, resulting in an enhancement of the customer's digital journey.
Beyond performance metrics, Amy is deeply passionate about elevating the lived experience of residents and prospects alike. She collaborates closely with sales, operations, dining, clinical, and executive leadership to ensure marketing promises are authentically delivered through hospitality, service excellence, and community culture.
Based outside Des Moines, Iowa, Amy balances her professional life with managing a small hobby farm—home to her beloved Highland cows, sheep, goats, and a flock of chickens—and cheering on her three sons, Hayden, Leo, and Sullivan, at their many youth sporting events. Above all, her favorite title is “mom,” a role that grounds her leadership style in empathy, purpose, and connection.
