The Official Meeting of Argentum
Matt is currently the National Director of Dining Operations for MBK Senior Living. In his role he supports and leads the dining strategy for the company to create a best-in-class resident experience. Matt’s prior roles included, VP of Hospitality at The Valeo Groupe dba; Vineyard Luxury Communities, National Director of Dining at Kisco Senior Living, Principle of Fork Fusion Consultants and Executive Chef / Partner at TS Restaurants.
Perez was educated at the highly regarded Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, CA and over the years, has honed his skills working with some of the country’s best-known restaurateurs. In Hawaii, Matt had the privilege of serving under Hawaii Regional Cuisine Founder, Peter Merriman.
Matt is also passionate about sustainability, in 2012 he was awarded the sustainable business of the year award (56th district) given by Senator Tom Harmon for driving sustainability and social awareness. Through inspiration and leadership, Perez hopes to make a difference in our world by what we consume and purchase, embracing responsibility, all while creating the perfect bite!
