Randall Lonoza

Randall Lonoza leads the overall vision for dining and culinary operations for Kisco Senior Living communities nationally across seven different states from Hawaii to Florida. In this role, he develops culinary standards of excellence through innovation balanced by optimization. He is passionate about engaging associates and residents around the creation of good food and memorable experiences.

Mr. Lonoza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Management and has over two decades of hospitality experience. Before entering the senior living industry his background included fine dining, catering and national restaurant settings. Randall has helped build multiple dining programs for some of the largest senior living companies before joining Kisco Senior Living.
