Matt Bromen has been with Seattle based Era Living for 23 years. In his current role as Human Resources Director, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and integration of the strategic plan for Era Living’s amazing staff. Matt took on the human resources role after ten years in finance and new development. Prior to senior housing, Matt worked in finance and accounting in the hospital and telecommunications industries. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Western Washington University. He earned his MBA at Seattle University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Formation. When not at work, Matt can be found spending time with his wife and children (happily), playing golf (terribly), and watching the Seahawks (avidly).
