Tzvi Montrose, CPA, Paramedic, FACHE is a longtime EMS leader and founder/former CEO of a nonprofit ambulance service he built from the ground up—securing millions in funding and leading an 85-member organization. Under his leadership the agency responded to over 12,000 calls for service, achieved multiple cardiac arrest saves, created youth-to-NREMT training pipelines, and maintained remarkably low turnover through a culture of support and psychological safety. In addition to his frontline and leadership experience in EMS, Tzvi is a healthcare executive who owns a company that manages physician practices, giving him a deep understanding of clinical operations, finance, and systems design. He consults on Integrated Wellness and organizational resilience for EMS and other trauma-exposed systems, including wellness program development for multiple law enforcement agencies such as the Illinois State Police.
