Kris Kaull is a growth strategist in EMS with more than 30 years of experience, shaping the national landscape through innovation and creativity. Kris started Paramedic.com and co-founded EMS1, leading its growth into a national platform for first responders. Kris later served as the Chief Growth Officer at Pulsara, where he designed and executed the company’s marketing and growth strategies from the ground up.

Kris collaborates with organizations to align leadership, build scalable systems, and operate effectively in complex, high-trust environments. True to his roots, he remains active as a critical care flight paramedic for a Level I Trauma center. As a national speaker and writer, Kris is known for clarifying chaos by connecting real-world experience with practical strategies that help people lead, communicate, and perform at a higher level.

This fun and entertaining session covers Cardiology 101, from basic anatomy to 12-lead interpretation. Will you be an expert in under an hour? Nah. But each audience member will walk away understanding 12-lead basics and why immediate intervention is key.

Everyone, from the First Responder to the seasoned Paramedic, will learn something new.
