Elizabeth Beatty, AAS, EMT-P is an EMS Brigade Chief with the City of Virginia Beach Department of EMS. She has a passion for advancing pre-hospital clinical care and mentorship. She has presented various educational topics at the national, state, regional and department level. She is also a member of HHS/NDMS/Virginia-1 DMAT, deploying on natural disasters, national events, and COVID hospital decompression missions. Chief Beatty holds an Associations of Applied Science focused on Emergency Medical Sciences from Tidewater Community College.
