With a strong background in EMS, she has led initiatives focused on performance metrics, patient outcomes, and evidence-based practice.

Elizabeth is recognized for her commitment to EMS education and CQI, regularly supporting providers through training, data analysis, and operational guidance. Her leadership emphasizes interagency and hospital collaboration, professionalism, and high standards of patient care.
