Jessica Barbour, NREMT-P is a former paramedic at New Orleans EMS where she assisted in development of the NOEMS Ultrasound program, updating 2024 ROPE Protocols and served as an EMS educator for paramedics/AEMTs/EMTs, Field Training Officer, Deputy PIO and was part of first group of NOEMS paramedics credentialed in POCUS.Jessica continues to assist withresearch and development of protocols for NOEMS.Jessica now serves as a paramedic at University Medical Center ER in New Orleans and reservist with NOEMS.
