Daniella Abdin
M.Ed.

Daniella Abdin, M. Ed merges a background in education with the world of health and wellness. She worked at the university level, conducting research and designing programs to equip students against stress and mental health challenges. She eventually found her work to be a band-aid approach for early childhood root causes and left the university system to found a learner-driven elementary school. The mission is to guide children in learning how to LEARN, how to DO, and how to BE rather than "what" to know, when, where, and how. All the while, she continued her studies in both ancient and modern traditions of mindfulness, health, and wellbeing. The culmination of her life's work is now working with students, from childern to seniors, in applicable methods for lifestyle medicine and care.
