Bob Poznanovich

Principal Advisor
Poznanovich.Health

Bob Poznanovich is a behavioral-health executive, author, advisor, and operating strategist with more than two decades of experience leading from inside behavioral-health organizations. He is known for helping organizations accelerate growth, improve performance, and expand access by integrating strategy, operations, marketing, and innovation.

Bob also brings extensive executive experience in technology. This intersection of behavioral health and technology gives him a distinctive perspective on how organizations can align care delivery, business performance, and modern technology to produce measurable results.

Central to Bob’s work is the Psychological Patient Journey—the emotional and motivational path a person travels from recognizing the need for help through seeking, selecting, entering, and remaining engaged in care. He explores how marketing and AI can help organizations understand consumer intent, reduce barriers, and deliver the right message and support at the right moment—while preserving the trust, empathy, and human connection essential to recovery.

Bob is the creator and author of The Delta System™, a governance framework developed through more than two decades of behavioral-health leadership and refined through sixteen years of field application. He is also co-author of It’s Not Okay to Be a Cannibal: How to Stop Addiction from Eating Your Family Alive.

Through advisory work, authorship, and executive leadership, Bob helps behavioral-health organizations and innovators build the operating systems required for sustainable growth, expanded access, and stronger patient engagement.

2027 Sessions

From Content Generator to Growth Engine: Proving AI’s Value in Marketing

Session Description: AI can generate content in seconds, but more activity does not necessarily translate into growth. This session will examine how behavioral health organizations are using AI to improve market intelligence, referral development, patient acquisition, speed to contact, conversion, admissions, and revenue. Panelists will explore which applications are producing measurable results, how organizations can connect marketing activity to business outcomes, and which metrics help distinguish genuine growth from increased volume without meaningful return.

Riley Osborne

Chief Growth Officer
Recovery Unplugged

Riley Osborne is a behavioral healthcare executive, founder and operator who has spent his career building organizations, developing leaders and challenging the way people access and experience care.

As Chief Growth Officer of Recovery Unplugged, Riley has helped scale the organization from fewer than 200 employees to more than 660, added four states and five brick-and-mortar facilities to its portfolio, and helped lead its evolution from an addiction treatment provider into a behavioral healthcare organization through the addition of mental health services. He has directly hired, mentored or developed more than 50 leaders across the organization.
His perspective spans treatment operations, mental health, psychiatry, technology and AI, but the work has always been personal. Riley entered recovery at 19 and has spent his adult life trying to multiply the second chance he was given. That mission also led him to found Sober Sessions, a nonprofit that has reached more than 100,000 people through music and live experiences.

Riley believes great operators build leaders who build leaders, creating impact far beyond what any one person could accomplish alone.
