If you're interested in reserving an affiliate meeting room, please fill out this form. A copy will be sent to Brittany Marinovich upon completion. 

• Please submit only one request per meeting per day. All requests must be approved by HMP.
• A $1,000 processing fee will apply to submissions for half-day rentals (up to 4 hrs). A $2,000 processing fee will apply to submissions for full-day rentals.
• For rentals beginning after 2:00 PM, a $5,000 processing fee will apply as a 'reception' rental. 
• A confirmation email will be sent when the event/space is approved. If the function is canceled, fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Limited space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting space is held for exhibiting companies. Requests from non-exhibiting companies will be at the discretion of HMP.
