Disney’s BoardWalk Resort is a hotel and entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. First opened in 1996, the BoardWalk Resort is located in the Epcot Resort Area, alongside Crescent Lake, and within walking distance to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
One of WDW’s “deluxe resorts”, the BoardWalk Inn contains décor inspired by the seaside districts of the Northeastern US during the 20th century.
For the convenience of participants, a room block with a limited number of rooms has been reserved at the discount group rate of $399.00/night for single or double occupancy, plus taxes. The discounted room block will be available until Wednesday, December 10, 2025. This discounted rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates. Reservations received after December 10, 2025, or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.
- Room Rate: $399.00 per night for single or double occupancy, plus tax. The room rate is inclusive of the resort fee.
- Cutoff Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Attendees can make room reservations through the microsite: https://disneyevent.com/hmpgchtt26 or by calling (407) 939-4686. When calling, either mention the group name of HMP Global Clots Head to Toes 2026 or the group booking code G0855629.
Attendees will be charged a one-night room and tax deposit at the time of booking and will be subject to the cancellation policy for Walt Disney World Resorts which is currently eight (8) days. If a guest cancels more than eight (8) days before arrival, their deposit will be refunded. If cancellations occur within 8 days, the one-night deposit unless cancelling due to an emergency (illness, weather, etc), will be forfeited.
