1:45 PM - 2:30 PM
Session Description: By 2027, simply having AI in place will no longer be enough. Behavioral health organizations should be able to show what is working, what is producing measurable clinical, financial, and workforce value, and what is adding unnecessary cost or complexity. In this candid closing forum, faculty and attendees will examine which AI applications deserve greater investment, which require modification, and which may be ready to leave behind. The discussion will also look ahead to the emerging technologies, workforce pressures, regulatory changes, and market forces that could alter today’s definition of what “working” means.
