9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Session Description: As artificial intelligence becomes more deeply embedded in behavioral health organizations, the greatest challenges may have less to do with the technology itself and more to do with the people expected to work alongside it. This keynote will explore how AI is changing roles, decision-making, leadership expectations, and organizational culture across behavioral health and addiction treatment. Attendees will examine what it takes to build trust, develop AI-ready teams, reduce resistance and anxiety, and create systems in which technology strengthens rather than erodes human judgment and connection. The session will challenge leaders to think beyond implementation and consider how their workforce, management practices, and organizational design must evolve as AI becomes a more permanent part of care delivery and operations.
