Beware-of-Hotel-Reservations-Scams

    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

      You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies appearing to offer guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global, the conference itself, or the host hotel.

      Please be aware that HMP Global, ADCD, and/or the hotel have NOT authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates; however, they are often illegitimate.

Reservation-Guarantee-Policy

    • What is the deposit/guarantee policy for this event?

      All attendee reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable deposit equal to one night's room and tax.
      Exhibitor reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable deposit equal to two nights' room and tax.

Exhibitor-Sub-Blocks

    • Can I reserve a sub-block for my exhibit team?

      Any exhibitor block of ten or more rooms on peak is considered a sub-block and is subject to the following policy:

      Exhibitors seeking a sub-block will pay a nonrefundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed. 

      Full prepayment for the block is due on or before Friday, October 16, 2026. 

      A final rooming list, including full names of attendees, arrival and departure dates, and emails, is due on or before Thursday, November 12, 2026. 

      Cancellations made after October 16 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees.
