    • How much does the Alzheimer's Disease & Cognitive Disorders Symposium cost?

      The Alzheimer's Disease & Cognitive Disorders Symposium is free to attend for all healthcare professionals and industry members. 

    • How do I claim credits for the event?

      Log in to www.hmpeducation.com and click the event title under "In Progress Activities." A certificate will be available once all required evaluations (and post-test, if applicable) are completed.

      Select Your Certificate Type from the drop-down list (CME, CNE, etc.).

      Download/Print Your Certificate. To obtain additional certificates for other professional roles, repeat Step 2. Completing more session evaluations allows you to download an updated transcript of all sessions and credits earned.

      (If applicable) Submit Credits. Physicians and pharmacists can submit data via the Credit Submissions button. ABMS board submissions automatically send credits to the learner’s licensing state.

      Important Notes:

      • Credits must be claimed within 30 days of the event.
      • Your certificate may not load on a smartphone or if your browser blocks pop-ups. Disable blockers or check your spam folder.
      • Certificates may auto-download to your device.
      • Credit windows vary; check the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for deadlines.
      • Certificates remain in your account for up to 6 years.
    • Is there an on-demand option?

      No, there is no on-demand option for the Alzheimer's Disease & Cognitive Disorders Symposium. All conference sessions will be presented live on Wednesday, November 12, and Thursday, November 13, 2025.

    • How can I access session slides?

      Session slides will be available for download within the virtual platform. 

    • How do I test my computer system to ensure the best viewing experience?
